Thank you for your interest in obtaining our firms legal services for your real estate transaction needs. It is preferred that our fee is not paid ahead of time, and instead, is paid at the closing on the Settlement Statement.

RESIDENTIAL SALE OR PURCHASE WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT

For standard residential sales and purchase transactions in which you are represented by a real estate agent, our fee is a $400.00 minimum. Additional legal services and/or document preparation outside of our standard transaction services may be provided for an additional fee.

FOR SALE BY OWNER

For standard residential sales and purchase transactions which does not involve a real estate agent, our fee is a $500.00 minimum. Additional legal services and/or document preparation outside of our standard transaction services may be provided for an additional fee.

COMMERCIAL SALE OR PURCHASE

For commercial/rental/investment/multi-unit real estate transactions, our minimum fee starts at a $500.00 minimum. Additional legal services and/or document preparation outside of our standard transaction services may be provided for an additional fee.

FARMLAND / AGRICULTRUAL SALE OR PURCHASE

For farmland / agricultural real estate transactions, our minimum fee starts at a $500.00 minimum. Additional legal services and/or document preparation outside of our standard transaction services may be provided for an additional fee.
