Legal services that we provide are limited to the following:
1. Review or Prepare the Real Estate Contract;
2. Order title insurance and mortgage payoff;
3. Advise on inspection and/or financing issues, if asked;
4. Draft closing documents such as the Deed, P-TAX and Settlement Statement;

5. Attend closings in McLean County. If a closing occurs outside McLean County, Attorney Willette will review figures before closing and be available by phone.
If any post-closing matters arise, our office will provide you with recommendations for legal counsel to assist.
BUYERS
Legal services that we provide are limited to the following:
1. Review the Purchase Agreement and/or Contract;
2. Review title work for the existence of liens;
3. Advise on inspection and/or financing issues, if asked;
4. Review the closing documents such as the Warranty Deed, Transfer Tax Document (P-Tax), and Settlement Statement;
5. Attend closings in McLean County. If a closing occurs outside McLean County, Attorney Willette will review figures before closing and be available by phone.
If any post-closing matters arise, our office will provide you with recommendations for legal counsel to assist.
