MEET THE FIRM

Amanda L. Willette, a Champaign native, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2005.  In 2008, she received her Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she also graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

After practicing family law, in 2015, Ms. Willette joined the Law Office of Patrick J. O’Rourke and Alliance Land Title, Inc. In 2024, after Patrick J. O’Rourke retired from his successful real estate career, Ms. Willette formed Willette Law Firm, P.C. She is also the sole owner of Alliance Land Title.

Ms. Willette’s primary legal focus is representing Sellers, Buyers, and Investors in selling and purchasing residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. She enjoys getting to know her clients during their transactions and assisting them with one of the most significant transactions of their lives. Each real estate transaction is unique and can have its challenges. She enjoys working with her clients, real estate agents, and local lenders to get her clients to the closing table.

She has been recognized by both the Bloomington-Normal and local real estate communities for her exemplary work. Ms. Willette has been recognized by the Pantagraph’s Readers’ Choice Awards and received First, Second, or Honorable Mention each year since 2018. She was also named as a recipient of the 20 Under 40 Leaders of Distinction Award for the McLean County Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, she was named Affiliate of the Year for the Mid-Illinois Association of Realtors.

Ms. Willette is a current member of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and the Mid-Illinois Association of Realtors. Previously, she has served on numerous committees for the Association of Realtors, been a McLean County Bar Association member, and served on the Board of Directors for the local YWCA.
